How can you create a more healthy lifestyle with small changes?
Time is often used as an excuse for not training enough or as much as we want to.
We understand that there can be a lot of things going on in life.
Nevertheless, how can we expect to have the energy to do good at work, make the daily chores and keep being an inspiring parent or partner if we don’t train?
For us to have a happy life with more energy, we need to make the right priorities for ourselves, and that starts today.
The key thing in having a long lasting training period is to find the specific way of training you feel is fun. If we’re not having fun it will be hard for us to motivate ourselves.
- So, what if I don’t find the training to be fun right away and I still need to be active to feel good, What can I do then?
One of our most important mission here on Inspired By Focus is to find workout methods that works for you as an individual because we believe that everyone can create there own healthy lifestyle with the right guidance.
We want to show you that training that counts is not just about sweat and high pulse. It’s a lot more than that.
If you don’t have a workout that fits you today, try to start small.
One big tip is to get it in to your daily routines. How?
- Start to take the bike to work instead of the car or just choose the stairs over the elevator.
- Take a morning walk before breakfast or…
- Try to stand up instead of sitting at work more often.
These things may not sound that hard or exhausting to do but the result by doing this will surprise you if you do it as an daily exercise. More on the specific positive effects in later blog posts.
